- Description
- The first of a new series of international meetings aimed at restoring the tradition of the periodic updates introduced by Dame Sheila Sherlock, which were characterised by a clinical and pathological approach to stimulate discussions. In this new series Hepatology & Liver Transplantation will be associated with a broader gastrointestinal agenda with the participation of outstanding speakers from the United Kingdom and continental Europe. In addition, a special relevance will be given to frontier basic and translational research in Liver and Digestive Diseases. Topics include: Viral Hepatitis, Alcoholic & Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, Pancreatic & Neuroendocrine Tumours, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Cirrhosis & Portal Hypertension and Hepatocellular Carcinoma.
